Proxy - Who Are You? (Original Mix) [Turbo]
From the depths of the Eastern Bloc (that’s Russia if you don’t know your geography) comes a slew of new tunes from warehouse rave destroyer Proxy. Out now on Dim Mak, Music From The Eastblock Jungles, Part 1 & 2 features a massive amount of head banging electro, acid, and '90s tinged aggression fit for staging a revolution.

Standouts from the releases include Raw, a tough march of eardrum-blistering bass and Soviet snares. The official video is psychopathic Russian art film - glorious and a tad terrifying. Also from Part 1, Junk starts off where Raw ends and takes listeners in a more fun, tech house inspired direction. Check out the rest of Eastblock 1 & 2 on Beatport here.

Also, hot off the press is a remix EP of Proxy’s classic Who Are You, released originally in 2009. Who Are You gets a cinematic electro treatment from Trumpdisco, a bubbly house fix from The Sneakers, and a rave-approved touch by Attaque. Check out those releases here.
