Good day, music lover. Hot off the digital press today, we've got premieres from Tiesto and New World Punx, Daft Punk and Kanye West news, and a big announcement from Plastician.

New World Punx Go Deep On Romper

If you're a famous DJ, it seems like the thing to do these days is to grab the nearest equally famous DJ and form an aural alliance. New World Punx, the massive sum of Markus Schulz and Ferry Corsten, premiered their first single Romper on Rolling Stone yesterday. The track got its first listen at the duo's debut performance at Madison Square Garden in March, and now you can hear it in its entirety here.

The two shared their thoughts on the tune with with RS:

"We began working collectively in the studio, paying tribute to past rave classics," Schulz explains. "It's a throwback to those old, hard dance rave melodies... Romper is one of those tracks where people just want to go crazy and party." Adds Corsten, "We had a right blast stepping out of our comfort zone."
No word as of yet for an official release.

Pre-order the comp here, and pick up a free mini-mix of the album while you're there.

To add to the wave of Club Life previews, Rolling Stone premiered the Tiesto remix of Swedish sweethearts Icona Pop's I Love It today, which will also be included in Vol. 3 Stockholm.

The End Of Plastician?

Plastician The man known as Plastician shared a grimy new track off what he says will likely be the last EP under that alias.
I'm trying to separate what I do as a producer from what I do as a DJ... I'm working on some really fresh sounding stuff at other tempos currently which will definitely not be released under the Plastician alias... Essentially, producing under another alias will allow me to do exactly that - produce the music I want to produce without judgement based on the Plastician / Plasticman legacy.
He said that he's not ruling out future Plastician, however this new approach will allow him to experiment with sounds not representative of the Plastician sound and separate what he produces from what he DJs. Read his entire statement here.

Kanye Outsources Production To Space i.e. Daft Punk

NME reports that the new Kanye West tune Black Skinhead that premiered on SNL May 18 was co-written by none other than Daft Punk. The duo are no strangers to panic-inducing promos on the late-night program, however this one came across with a bit more subtlety with their human names appearing in the credits. The track will be released on Kanye's forthcoming stigmata-themed album Yeezus due June 18. Watch the live footage below.
